What Causes Stomach Pain And Heavy Vaginal Bleeding After Having Back Surgery?

Iv recently had an operation on my back to remove a lump about a week ago. Iv suddenly started having serious pains in my stomach and am bleeding heavily. Im not sure wheather its just a bad period. Im also getting a really bad burning sensation around where the operation was on my back.

if I would have been your doctor I would have advised you to get pelvic ultrasound to rule out ovarian cyst some blood tests TSH and complete blood count.
from your description it looks like nothing major issues. it could be due to stress or some medicines you are having.
