What Causes Stomach Pain And Discharge From Nipples?

hi im experiencing serious stomach pains and my breasts are leakng a large amount of milk and my twin boys are now four years old and quite sure im not pregnant as i have had a period recently and have just done a negative pregnancy test. im really starting to worry. i have a cyst on my ovaries which i was diagnosed with in september last year, please help.

Two issues :

1. Stomach Pain : It could be due to many causes like Gastritis , Stones in gallbladder or kidney , Inflammation of Pancreas , Infection of the gut , Appendicitis , Urine or kidney infection.

I need to know the exact site of pain and the nature of pain , that is , whether the pain is burning or pricking or squeezing . Also let me know if there are any problems passing motions or urine.

2. Secretion of breast Milk : is due to hormonal problems . I advise you to get Serum Prolactin and Serum TSH test done and revert back with reports.
