What Causes Stomach Pain And Difficulty In Passing Stool While Having Acute Pancreatitis?

I have pain in the belly all the time, passing stools is a task of an hour with little result, smells fishy, and has a thick sticky gunge when I clean, my diet is eat wot ever, I do have nafld, oesophegitis and acute pancreaitis, I take Lansoprazole and 30mg codiene per day, I visit my female doctor very rarely only if in dire need but this is not the norm, it is at a point wen I am takin in more than passin out megga, thank you

Hi. With Acute Pancreatitis you'll be in too much pain and needs treatment at a hospital.
You must be having Chronic Pancreatitis. The pain in your abdomen is due to some stretched coverings of organs and due to some chemicals released.
You might benefit with Pancreatic enzyme supplements like Creon or Pankreoflat along with each meal for a couple of months.
Also try cutting down the fatty food from your diet. Take more vegetables. That helps a lot.
