What Causes Stomach Pain And Brownish Malodorous Urine With A History Of Perforated Ulcer Surgery?

I am age 45, 100lbs, 5'2" and had perforated ulcer surgery for a mesh patch 4 yrs ago. Lately my stomach hurts like it did prior to perforation and my urine has odor, is brown discolored smells like feses. What do you think this may be or what should i do since i have no health insurance
