What Causes Stomach Noises And Pain?
So my stomach is gargling and making a lot of noises. I'm a 29 yr old male. I have a constant sharp mild pain at the left of my stomach. I have been taking nexium which has cut back gassiness a lot but the pain in stomach will remain. My stools can be oily at times as well. What do u think

I really appreciate your concern, it must the peristalsis sound but some time it could be due to infection and it is the protozoa infection so in this case I would suggest to try Tab Sacnidazole 1 g single dose tablet and it will be fine soon hope this information helps.
