passing stools for 10days more than 5times a day is generally taken into consideration...have you started him on any other diet expect breast milk,,if yes check if he his allergic to cows milk..if not has the mother had any uncooked meat before the episode because whatever mother eats has impact on child if the child is breast feed.most likely cause for loose stools would be bacterial or parasitic infections only..if u havealready started on antibiotiics its good .if it had not got under control you can start antiparasitic drugs or if child is really sick take to near hospital because maintaince of hydration is very important .give him few sips of water on and off...
