What Causes Stomach Gurgling?
I have been experiencing LOUD gurgling noises coming out of my right abdominal area at the waist level.
It is embarrassing and concerning, because I am not hungry. It occurs usually after eating something, regardless the size of the meal. I eat fat free and lactose free meals, so I know is not the fat.
I do FEEL the grumbling that goes on inside.
It there something I can try or something specific to ask my doctor to check?

What you are experiencing is nothing uncommon and almost every healthy individual experiences it, so please do not worry. Just make sure you do not leave your stomach empty for long durations of time, and have a fruit or a bowl of vegetables every 2 hours or so.
