You are very much concerned and worried about HIV.
Well, from your history it seems that you are having sex with the said partner for considerable length of time. In such case, if you are really keen to know whether you have contacted HIV from him or not, better get your own HIV test done. It takes any time between 6 weeks to 6 months for the HIV antibody test to become positive after contacting the infection, however, PCR test can give you the results after a couple of weeks.
If you are HIV negative, try to stay negative throughout your life. For this, if you are still suspecting that your partner may be HIV positive, insist on his test done. Also have the sex only with proper protection. Use of condom gives you fair degree of protection. If he is not willing to use condom, you can use female condom.
The pain you are getting in abdomen could be due to some infection to your internal genital organs. Please get checked from the Gynaecologist and you will be taken care of. Could be that you are having urinary infection which also can give rise to the pain in abdomen and puffy eyes. Urine examination from the laboratory can clarify this matter. Otherwise puffy eyes have nothing to do with the sexual intercourse.
