What Causes Stomach Discomfort With Low Blood Pressure?

My 10 old daughter started to have stomach problems since 4 months ago. She always complainted about stomach pain for bloating or fullness normally after meal. She also had low blood pressure (44) and white blood count slightly low, traces of blood and protein in urine. She also always have headache. Recently she told me she always feels tired and could't sleep well and she's constipated sometimes. Could you tell me what could be wrong? Thanks. Helen
