What Causes Stomach Cramps,diarrhoea With Low White Blood Cells?

My 6 year old has bad stomach cramps, pooped on himself 6 times in 4 weeks, Some BMs hard some diarreah, Stool samples say elevate white blood cells in some samples. blood cbc says low white blood cells. waiting on results for celiacs disease. they are doing more stool samples and also blood in stool samples too on a card.

Hi, this could be stomach infection or celiac disease. Since, there are more white blood cells in stool sample it points more towards infection. I think till results for celiac disease are awaited, child should be started on antibiotics.
