What Causes Stomach Cramps And Frequent Bowel Movements?

i started to get sick this pass friday. I started with chills, cramping of the stomach, and real bad headache. the next day i woke up i felt better. But my cramps continue with feeling of having to go to the bathroom, but no dirrhea. what do i have or why am i feeling sick. I am a person that hardley get sick.
