What Causes Stomach Cramps And Diarrhea?

Stomach has felt a bit crampy for 4 days. i have had very watery diarrhea for three days. Today I have bloating and fullness with nothing to eat in 10 hours. Also have easily vomited 2-3 times in past 5 hours. My last trip to the bathroom passed blood instead of diarrhea. No fever. I have not recently traveled.
