Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood the concerns. Stomach cramps with severe diarrhea can be many reason for which a stool test helps to get a differential diagnosis. You have also vomited and thus can be due to gastroenteritis either viral or bacterial or can be due to the antibiotic. Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation: Consult your Doctor again for clinical examination for diarrhea, pain in abdomen, vomiting and bronchitis; get the relevant tests of blood, urine and stool so that an appropriate additional treatment can be given. Stop the antibiotic, take probiotic, curds and bananas, activated charcoal tablets, PPI for gastritis and Domperidone for vomiting, antispasmodic for pain as symptomatic and supportive management.
