Hi. Thank for your query. Noted the history Laparoscopic Surgery, antibiotic cover for a week, slowly started getting stomach cramps and bloating. Tired all the time and listless. Your short history does not cover the reason for surgery nor says about the diagnosis which would have helped me a lot. As pr the short history, this may be a case of bacterial flora imbalance after antibiotic cover, stress of anesthesia and surgery and may be a generalized disease like Enteric infection, pre or postop. I would advise you the following: Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation and examination for getting the clinical diagnosis and ask fr further investigations so that a proper diagnosis can be done. Also get a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole if there is an evidence of infection in any of the investigations. Also get the investigations as asked for. Take curds, yogurt, banana, activated charcoal tablets.
