What Causes Stomach Bloating Post Abortion?
After surgical abortion at nearly 11 weeks, I was given ampicillin and dicloxacillin capsules, Omez, Metherzin and Meftal-SPAS. I am not bleeding at all after the surgery finished and came home. My stomach is becoming big as if I am still pregnant. I feel dizzy sometimes and have gas problem. Am I still pregnant or this is a normal feeling after surgical abortion ?

Regarding your surgical abortion at 11 weeks followed by abdominal bloating I strongly believe it is due to a condition called paralytic ileus which has caused gas being settled in your intestine reasons for this is because the intestine and the uterus are very close proximity
In view of this please do an abdominal scan to rule out other possible condition like uterine perforation which will also cause abdominal bloating but this is usually accompanied by severe abdominal pain and dizziness
