What Causes Stomach Bloating, Belching And Indigestion For One Month?

hi myself atul..two years back i had suffered form gastric reflux,hietal hernia and gastroduodenitis.I was healed after consulting the doctor in two months...but from that time i m frequently suffering from digestion problems like BLOATING,BELCHING,STOMACH ACHE..sometimes i also feels it difficult to breath....presently i am 24 years old and i m continuously suffering from stomach bloating,belching and indigestion for one month.i m really very upset..when i take medicine it makes me relief but after that same symptoms are back....my life quality is really going down.plz help me.....

I appreciate your concern, two possibilities could be there one is it must be infection still there that might not be eradicated second it is the hyperacidity and both infection and hyperacidity could be together, I would suggest to treat the condition with Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day Tab Omeprazole 40mg once in day, second drug of choice could be Azithromycin with Tinidazole 700 mg once in day for five days, further evaluation of case is advisable like ultrasonography and other, hope this information helps.
