What Causes Stomach Bloating And Delay In Menstruation?

im on the pill. my last period when i started the sugar pills i had unprotected sex before my period. When i did get my period (3 days late) it only lasted 2 days a was really light. i started spotting about 2 weeks after my period for 2 days and since then i have been having cramping tender breasts nausea, fatigue a bloated stomach and gas. i have done a pregnancy test and it says im negative. what else could this be? could i still be pregnant?

Here chance of pregnancy less as intercourse done three day before menstruation....

Although still to be safe rule out pregnancy after five to six days because pregnancy test can be positive after approx 10 to 12 days of delayed period ....

If it is negative than for spot bleed rule out ovarian cyst , PID , endometriosis like condition by USG ....

If painful urination there routine urine microscopic examination done ....Antibiotic given if pus cells present ....

Trenexemic acid tablet which can be taken for dysfunctional bleeding. ...

If still bleed not stop than endometrial biopsy taken to rule out hyperplasia and progesterone pill needed for it. ...

Consult gynecologist for examination ...
