What Causes Stomach Ache With Heaviness In Head And Breathing Difficulty?

I had a stomach ache in the morning, right after i woke up. so i rushed to the toilet.. While i was sitting down, my head felt really heavy. And it felt kind of hot i don t know how to explain it.. So i juz closed my eyes and leaned back.. Because i felt like i was going to faint anytime. head was really heavy. When i was leaning back , My breathing got so high. i could feel myself breathing really hard. When i opened my eyes, everything seemed so red. It took me like 1 minute to get my vision back to normal. Vision was so reddish, with glowing strikes of light, i was blinking, shook my head, and then, it started to clear. Head still felt heavy. I juz wet my face with water, hoping it would be better, but it stayed the same.. I experienced this for around 5-6 minutes. I need help. What is causing this? really anxious. Thank you :)

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of stomach ache in the morning, on waking up so rushed to the toilet, sat in the toilet but got heaviness in the head, red sparkles in eyes, fainting, breathing hard, all for about 5-6 minutes, wants to know the cause:

This can either start due to syncopal attack that is vaso-vagal overtone.
OR can be momentary increase or increase in blood pressure.
I would advise you the following in such a situation.
Consult your Doctor or at ER immediately and get the following things:
Clinical evaluation, examination to see the vitals and general exams.
Ophthalmologist;s opinion and examination to see if any problem with blood vessels in the eyes.
Take care and do not be late.
Investigations as advised by your Doctor.
