My husband was prescribed Wellbutrin XL approx 6 weeks ago. He is using it for tobacco cessation.I have noticed a definate changes. Not only physical, but emotional as well. He has lost over 20 pounds, has constant stomach pain. Some days he does not eat at all. He has lost interest in family and has a very flat effect. That changes rapidly and then is aggressive and threatening in nature. We have been married for 25 years and now he says that he has no interest in being married and wants to separate. This comes completely out of the blue. He says he can t sit still and will walk for hours on end (up to 3-4 each day). His calorie intake does not begin to allow this kind of exercise. He also is experiencing a muscle jerks and tremors. I am worried.
