What Causes Stomach Ache In Child?
Hi Dr. My daughter is 3 and for the past two days has been complaining of stomach aches and has passed beige colored solid stool. She wouldn't eat all day until finally eating dinner last night and went to bed without complaints. This morning, again, she will not eat and is complaining of a stomach ache. There's no fever or other symptoms. What could this be?

She has gastrointestinal infection. She needs oral antibiotic and / or antiparasitic medicine.Don't give her chana,mutter and non veg food for 3-4 days.She should be fine in a couple of days
