My 3 yr old has had a cold. She woke up this am complaining of her tummy hurting. She said she was hungry. I fed her and she still complained. Shortly after she puked, several times. The first few were food, but they have all been filled with mucus. No fever. No other complaints, besides the congestion and nasal drip. Could the mucus be causing the puking?
