General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

By going through your symptoms it seems that you are suffering with acid reflux which is very common during third trimester.
Which would have been induced due to lack of sleep in your case.

Follow these precautions to prevent Acid reflux
Eat 2-3 hrs prior to your bed time
Avoid spicy foods
Take divided frequent meals than a heavy meal
If you have to sleep immediately after taking food, try sleeping in a semi prone position
Sleep atleast for 6 hours during night and 1-2 hours during day time
Try taking an antacid if severe.

Hope you will feel fine the advise given
Do not hesitate to ask any further concerns.
