What Causes Stomach Ache Followed By Watery Diarrhea?

Hi, lately for about the past two weeks I have had some problems, I would get a stomachache and it'd force me to go to the bathroom and then I'd have like a watery diariah and there would be blood in it too. What does it mean, is something wrong with me ?

Dear probably your suffering from IBS with Haemorrhoids or fissure. Other possibilities dysentery.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid caffeine and spices. Tab. Rifaximine 200mg thrice in a day and cap. Gut OK twice in a day. Drink plenty of water if symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
