What Causes Stomach Ache And Diarrhea?
For about a year and a half I have suffered with severe stomach ache. The pain feels like stabbing and lasts for hours and I also have diarrhoea with it everytime. I ve been to the doctors before and had blood tests and stool samples examined but it said I m not lactose intolerant

In addition the stool test and blood tests, you should have imaging of the intestines to check for any changes that can cause diarrhea.
Eg inflammatory bowel disease such as crohns, ulcerative disease
Blood tests to check the thyroid should also be done because high thyroid hormone levels can cause diarrhea.
