What Causes Stomach Ache Along With Black Bowel Movement?

Hi, I have sharp pain in my stomach. It s not constant, but is there. Sometimes my stomach makes weird noises too. I also have strangely black and mushy/pasty poop. Ill go pee and wipe to find smushed black stool on the paper although i didn t feel like i went#2. It s been this way for 2 days.

Hi,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern, you should be worried but not too much.

As per the history you seems to be suffering from gastric ulcers / duodenal ulcers. Black colored stools are indicative of upper gastro-intestinal tract bleeding.

The sharp pain in your stomach is probably because of ulcers only.

I will suggest you to undergo some blood tests like complete blood counts, BT / CT, stool examination complete especially for occult blood, ova & cysts of worms, Ultrasonography abdomen, Upper GI Endoscopy also, to find out site, size and no. of ulcers in your stomach.

Till then i will suggest you to have a stress free life ( stress causes gastric ulcers ) total abstinence from alcohol and smoking, avoid spicy and oily foods, avoid processed food, avoid tea / coffee. All these leads to gastric ulcers.
