What Causes Stinging Sensation On Right Side Of Chest?
I recently noticed a tingling or stinging sensation on the right side of my chest about 5 inches below arm. It only lasts a few seconds and comes and goes. No heart problems and in good condition - age 63 and exercise 7 days a week - no trama to the area. No shoulder problems.
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. Sometimes, vitamin B12, vitamin D3 deficiency can cause similar kind of tingling and stinging sensations. So better to get done blood reports like vitamin B12 and vitamin D3 levels. If deficiency then you will need supplements. Anemia can also cause similar symptoms. So also get done CBC (Complete blood count). Don't worry, with appropriate treatment, you will be alright. Better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
