What Causes Stiffness On The Left Side Of The Neck?

i woke up this morning with the left side of my neck very stiff and hard to turn but as the day progressed it is still stiff on the left side but on the right side of my chest directly along my clavicle bone it is swollen and distorted and warm to the touch, also redness. please respond post haste. thank you.

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of musculoskeletal pain and stiffness is more likely.
So avoid movements causing. Wear cervical collar. Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
You will mostly improve with all these in 1-2 days.
If not improving after 2 days then consult doctor.
