What Causes Stiffness In The Knees With A History Of Knee Replacement?
i am one year out of double knee replacement with good range of motion in both knees but severe stiffness in both and getting worse with all the walking that i do.even taking breaks from exercise does not good.could i be a candidate for arthrofibrosis.
Hi, Arthrofibrosis usually is a compllication that can happen when Surgery is done immediately after trauma ( especially arthroscopic / open ligament reconstruction ).It is unlikely in a cold case like yours. Pls do not worry. This looks like insufficient exercise and physiotherapy post operatively. U can still make up with good exercise regularly.
