Hi,
Arthrofibrosis usually is a compllication that can happen when Surgery is done immediately after trauma ( especially arthroscopic / open ligament reconstruction ).It is unlikely in a cold case like yours.
Pls do not worry. This looks like insufficient exercise and physiotherapy post operatively.
U can still make up with good exercise regularly.
