What Causes Stiffness In Neck And Headache While Having Tuberculosis Meningitis?

Hi Doctor, My husband just finished his course of medicine for Tuberculosis Meningitis since October last year. However now, since yesterday morning, he experienced stiff neck followed by severe, throbbing pain/headache behind his head. If his sickness were to reoccurs, what should we do now? Should we go to the hospital asap? Thank you in advance, Doctor. Kindest regards, Nora
