What Causes Stiffness And Tingling In The Neck And Shoulder?

Hi, I moved to Far North Queensland - hot and very humid - six weeks ago. Since I've been here I've suffered general aches and pains, particularly on waking in the morning. The aches and stiffness can be all over - neck, shoulders, back, knees, but most particularly the hands which are weak, stiff and aching and often have a tingling, pins and needles sensation.
