Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you may be having reactive arthritis of feet joints as they are stiff during rest and become normal after activity. Treatment of it is analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. I treat my such patients by injection triamcilone weekly with good results. You can discuss with your Doctor about it.Rest isn't advisable in reactive arthritis as it causes more stiffness. I hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your query.
Wishing you good health.Take care.
