Hi there. I am 17 years old and studying a classical music degree. I have been playing the piano for 7 years and for a few years I constantly at night played a digital piano with headphones in. I played quite loud and I think it has had some affect on my hearing as when I wake up, the first thing I hear Is a static noise and I hear it whenever I'm in a very quiet place, but it doesn't affect me at all when talking to people . Please help

hello, thanks for your query, static voice( tinnitus) could be due to impacted wax, eusthacian tube( connecting ear and nose) block due to cold or sinus infection ,or temporary injury to hearing mechanism during ur piano music. kindly evaluate with an ent surgeon for definitive treatment. all the best. take care.
