my name is Yusuf from nigeria,Am 26 year old.I sort of have problem with my speech,tends to stammar in group of people or meeting new people but speaks freely sometimes with know people.I thinks I needs a speech therapy who can help me cos I am kind of depressed everyday going out of my home.thanks

Hi, you are right and treatment for stammering is speech therapy. The cause is not anything wrong with the speaking apparatus but with mind. So relaxing and speech therapy helps. Regards
