What Causes Stabbing Pain Under The Rib Cage In An Athlete?
Hi, I m Adria. I m a runner, late teens, but lately, whenever I race a 5k, in the middle of it, I get a stabbing pain under the rib cage on my right side. I ve ensured it s not caused by dehydration, overhydration, or eating too much/too little, right before I run. It s different from breathing cramps, menstrual cramps, or stomach cramps. This hurts 10x worse. Any advice?
