What Causes Stabbing Pain In Shoulder Radiating To Back?
I m in a lot of pain. When I breath it feels like a knife is being dug into my right shoulder and my left side and into my back I can t stop coughing up all this thick flem and omg the pain that shoots trough my body is so painfully I cry and beg that if their is a god please don t make me cough I actually scream out in pain it s this aufull sharp piercing pain it s hard to describe and not only is their excruciating pain in my chest side and back when I cough it also hurts my head it feels like my head is slowly being filled with air every time I cough it s been this way for three days now

I really appreciate your concern, ideally underlying cause of pain is matter of concern if it is in the chest and in my opinion better to get done the x-ray and ECG till then you can have "Tab Acetaminophen with Diclofenac" once in day, 2) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, try to away from stress, clinical examination is must, hope this information helps.
