What Causes Squeezing Sensation In Chest?
Hi there. I have been feeling like my heart is being squeezed since yesterday. I had a panic attack 2 weeks ago but so far I have been ok. The doctor at the ER told me to manage it by practising deep and slow breathing. However, the squeezing sensation is more apparent yesterday and I also felt like my heart was fluttering at some point. Please help!

I would suggest you to get an Electrocardiogram done .
Consult a cardiologist. He/she can examine and correlate clinically.
