What Causes Spotting Post Radiation For Endometrial Cancer?
I had a hysterectomy in Nov 2014. Treated for endemetial cancer and had 3 radiation treatments. Yesterday I spotted a few times and did so again today. Spotting is very small --about the size of a pencil eraser---and brown/red in color. I have a low back ache---similar to starting a period. No fever.

It is possible that the spotting does not indicate any serious issue but in light of your medical history it would be best to be assessed by your doctor.
The blood may be from the urinary or genital tract.
Assessment would involved physical examination of both area.
