What Causes Spotting In Urine And Cramps After The Intercourse?
Hi, last night I sex with my boyfriend and it was rougher then normal and now today I have been having period like cramps and when I went pee last there was something that looked like a blood clot on my tissue, I wasn t spotting or anything today, my period ended 5 days ago and I am on birth control, should I be worried or get checked out by a doctor?

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that this could be menses bleeding it self as long as the spotting and bleeding is concern for the pain this could be dyspareunia, and this could be manage with Tab Ibuprofen, take care and have a nice day.
