What Causes Spotting In Mid Menstrual Cycle?
Hi: My friend has been on the pill for 10 years. The other day, during the middle of her cycle of taking the pill, she has been spotting. This has never happened before, and she is concerned. She is NOT pregnant, but she did have an ovarian cyst a couple of years ago... Could this be the cause? Did it suddenly just burst?

the exact cause cannot be pin pointed. but if its is an one episode then there is nothing to worry. it will go. some injury can also cause similar complain.
