Hello and welcome to HCM,
Procedures like hysterosalpigography (HSG) can lead to bleeding from the uterine cavity thus there is nothing to worry about the bleeding which occurred after the procedure.
Now the bleeding which occurred after having intercourse needs to be investigated.
This, bleeding can be due to problems of the cervix like infection and inflammation.
The procedure can be the root cause of the bleeding after two days.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for a clinical assessment of the genital tract.
Colposcopic examination of the cervix will help since majority of post-coital bleeding (bleeding after having sex) are due to problems of the cervix.
Thus, consult your gynecologist for further management.

Thanks and take care
