What Causes Spotting And Pain In The Pelvic Area And Lower Back?

this qustion is gynecologest related. my period 6 days late start with one day brown spotting befor 3days start period my left overy sharp pain this pain cuntinusly after period ,crampes on my lower back treval on lower abdomin. is this signe of pregnency?
