What Causes Spotting Along With Cramps And Headache?

I had a period for 2 weeks last month since then I have been spotting and having blood clots off and on I am also experiencing side cramps headaches low grade fevers I have also been having lower adomon cramps I had a baby in December and got on the depo. Shot so I don't think I could be pregnant

Hi welcome to health care magic....

Your main complaint is fever, abdominal cramps and prolonged period....

So here pelvic inflammatory disease has to be ruled out as it can lead headache also and presentation that you have....

Your work up needed with....
-CRP estimation
-USG
-Pelvic examination
-per speculum examination etc...

If needed pap smear or endometrial sampling done...

If PID there, suitable antibiotic course given....
