What Causes Spotting After Sexual Intercourse?

my Period came on March 7 went off March 14 I had Sex on the 23 I'm not sure when I was fertile So I don't no I been feeling cramps in i saw some spotting days after sex could i be pregnant I'm really scared I'm losing track of when my period really supposed to started back i think it should have April 4th but im not sure do my period sound late to u guys what's going on I did a period tracker it says I had sex 2 days after my fertile & ovulation days was over but I did a 28 day cycle I'm not sure how long my cycle is but it never seem longer then 30 days today's it haven't started own feel like it's time to have a period ether usually I also been taking iron pill could for they slowed it down what should I do I'm scared in so confused

There is a good chance you could be pregnant. Ovulation occurs about 14 days after the period starts, which make it March 21. The egg remains in the tubes or uterus for several days so if you have sex during that time, it is likely to get fertilized. You can have a little spotting around the time of your period when the fertilized egg implants in the uterus. Get a pregnancy test to be sure. The iron pill wouldn't have affected anything.
