What Causes Spotting After Miscarriage?
I ve had a complete miscarriage and bleeding stopped 3 days ago. Yesterday I had a orgasm from external stimulation. I also jogged for about 10 mins. Today I am bleeding again. It s not heavy but it s more than light spotting. Should I be worried?

Slight bleeding and spotting due to orgasm and exercise after an abortion is most likely due to the the contraction of the uterus and expulsion of slight blood from it.
There is nothing to worry if there is only slight spotting.
