The levonorgestrel taken at the right dosage as an emergency contraceptive pill (ECP) can help prevent conception, but also comes with a few side effects which also includes inter-menstrual bleeding and menstrual irregularities.
So your presentation could most probably be due to the ECP you took and nothing else. Do not worry, this should subside in a few days time.
