What Causes Spots On And Around The Penis?

I have dark spots on my penis and in innerpart of penis covering skin which exactly covers the dark spots.what is the reason.how to get rid of it.ihad since 5years .iam a 16 year old .before when I was 11,there the penis covering skin and penis was attached after it was detached after I grew there was darkspot in that area

I really appreciate your concern, if no symptoms is there then it is nothing to worry, what the spot is there could be nonspecific and may not be due to any disease, but it need to be kept under observation for any changes, at the most it could be fungal infection on tentative basis Miconazole can be tried hope this information helps.
