What Causes Spot In The Eye?

uery here.. I have aa spot behind my left eye that can only be seen when my pupils are dialated, could this spot be from my many sinus infections? I seen 5 different specialist about this condition and the called it optic nerve drusen but one seem to think I need a retinologist opinion. What is this spot on my optic nevre?

you cant see any opacity through pupil. if at all it's lenticular opacity. this can only be confirmed if examined by eye doctor by ophthalmoscopy.
