What Causes Spot In The Center Of Back Directly On Spine?

Fell on back about one month ago. Broke tail bone and had bad pain from bottom of shoulder blades to my lower back. Back pain gone except for one spot in the center of my back,directly on my spine, also have sore stomach, MRI showed no crack or break on spine .

Pain may be due to the nerve pinch. If there was a healed fracture of the spinal vertebrae, it may have left with some bony spurs and that impinge on the nerve causing sharp pain to the point of innervation of the nerve.

Apply Capsaicin cream, and Voltaren Gel on the affected area, both 3 times a day.

Take Gaviscon syrup 2 TSF before meals 3 times a day. Plenty of fluids will help. Dont lift heavy weights.
