alcohol normally causes hangover for a day or two. You may feel spinning giddiness due to alchol intoxication.Alcohol suprresses brain activity and due to that it is difficut for body to maintain balnce as sensory system does not work properly. But as after a week you are feeling so it might be some ear-cochlea problem. Please consult ent surgeon for detail evaluation. Thanks.
