What Causes Spinning Head When I Lay On Bed?

the past few mornings when i wake up i m still laying in bed with my eyes closed and my head starts spinning and it will last a few minutes once it stops i sit up slowly and start moving around and get that spinning feeling again i stop and stand still till it stops what can cause this

Spinning of head with eyes closed and open suggests abnormality of the inner ear.
Inner ear is concerned with maintenance of balance and equilibrium.
Thus, abnormalities of the inner ear- trauma, infections, etc can lead to disorders of balance and can lead to spinning of head.
You need to consult an ENT specialist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations for further management.
